With a robust background in Real Estate Finance, Compliance, Learning and Development, and Leadership, his skills have been refined through significant roles in Corporate Banking and the British Army. He holds an MBA, a BTEC Level 7 in Strategic Management, and an ICA Advanced Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering. Additionally, he is credentialed in project management, process improvement, and leadership, underscoring his comprehensive expertise and commitment to excellence.

Qasim is a distinguished finance and strategy professional, holding a Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACA) and a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. He possesses extensive expertise in real estate accounting, audit, and financial reporting. Qasim excels in managing private equity portfolios, real estate assets, and debt capital markets. Previously, he served at a top 50 UK accountancy firm, where he audited prominent UK entities across diverse sectors including hospitality, construction, digital media, and professional services.

Highly skilled financial professional with chartered accountant qualification (FCA), a background in advisory, equity markets, and expertise in cashflow and alternative lending within the UK SME segment.  Working closely with owner managers and management teams, Richard has funded in excess of £100m over the last 2 years to support transactions across various sectors and company sizes, including Private Equity investments and M&A transactions.
